Irvin Yalom, the well-respected author and therapist, says, “there is a deep comfort from relating intimately to other fellow travelers in the world.” I believe that each of us has the ability to make the changes necessary in order to live the life we want. We cannot, however, always clearly see that path. My aim is to help you uncover your truth which will allow you to take the necessary steps in order to make positive changes in your life. As a therapist, my focus is also on helping you find an authentic and creative life and cultivate real relationships to support a healthy and warm lifestyle. I believe the healing path is a lifelong journey towards greater wisdom, compassion, and happiness.
My approach to therapy is to integrate specific techniques from different modalities, based on your needs and desires. Some of the therapeutic modalities in which I am trained include Mindfulness, Person Centered Counseling, Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
